Gravity Oven with Digital Controls
Microprocessor technology and a unique air duct system provide you with outstanding temperature control and uniformity in these Gravity Convection ovens. The microprocessor controller with push button calibration provides precise temperature and time setability. The controller even retains set point during power outages. The temperature and timer are displayed digitally on an easy to read LED. As air is heated in the gravity convection design, it rises to the top of the oven. The heated air is directed through an air duct system and enters the chamber through slots above each shelf. Even when shelves are fully loaded, this feature creates many different flow patterns to optimize uniformity.
